We’re hiring an Operations & CX Product Strategy Manager to shape and deliver AI-powered automation that improves customer experience and operations. If you enjoy working across product, tech, and service design, this role is a great fit.

The Company

This organisation is transforming digital financial services in a fast-growing tech hub. With strong investment and a product-first approach, they’re building smart, modern digital banking experiences for customers (retail and commercial).

What We’re Hiring

We’re looking for an experienced CX Product / Operations specialist with strong AI and automation experience. You’ll own the CX roadmap, delivering tools that improve scalability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years in Customer Experience-focused positions across product, operations strategy, or automation, ideally in Fintech, banking, or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to build and scale digital products with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of AI and automation tools like chatbots, NLP and workflow automation.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, data and design teams.
  • Comfortable integrating products with CRM or contact centre systems (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys).
  • Analytical, structured and strong in cross-functional stakeholder management.
