Our Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE) is a group of passionate technologists specializing in software architecture, startups, and enterprise platforms. As part of SoftServe’s Cybersecurity team, we help clients build trust in their systems by delivering reliable, tailored security solutions. Our team covers a broad spectrum of cybersecurity domains: Cost Optimization & Migration Efficiency, Infrastructure and Application Modernization, Regulatory Compliance & Governance Excellence, Security Posture Strengthening, Data Protection and Privacy Assurance, and Secure Use of AI.

We are a diverse, distributed team with members based in Poland, Ukraine, Spain, and other European countries, collaborating across borders to deliver world-class cybersecurity solutions.

IF YOU ARE

• A specialist with hands-on experience in cybersecurity, ideally with a focus on architecture or engineering
• Confident in communicating ideas clearly across different audiences, from senior management to technical experts
• A proactive, self-driven individual with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for solving challenges
• Strong in the English language, both written and spoken
• Possessing a collaborative approach to teamwork
• An expert with sharp analytical thinking and the ability to tackle complex problems with creativity and structure
• Experience in technical leadership, with ownership of end-to-end services or products (this is a technical role, not people management)
• Experienced in a Security Engineer role
• Familiar with cloud security across major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experienced in regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
• Holder of security certifications like CISSP, CISA, CSSLP, CISM, or CCSP
• Knowledgeable of key information security concepts, especially around data protection, DLP, and the secure use of AI (will be a plus)
• Strong in designing scalable solutions from the ground up (will be a plus)
• Specialist experienced in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design (will be a plus)

• Play a key technical role in shaping end-to-end security solutions, from early pre-sales discussions to full delivery
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, design secure architectures, build prototypes, and support implementation to ensure everything aligns with the agreed roadmap
• Explore new technologies and services, gaining practical experience while growing through exposure to cutting-edge ideas and patterns
• Design and refine strategies that help clients achieve their security goals
• Create clear, high-quality architecture documentation that supports both technical and business stakeholders
• Tackle complex challenges across infrastructure, data, and AI security with many moving parts
• Collaborate with clients, internal experts, and partners to deliver solutions that drive real impact and high customer satisfaction
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and advising on how to mitigate risks and strengthen defenses
• Own the technical side of architecture, from pre-sales to delivery
• Present structured solutions, actively listen to client needs, and conduct clear, impactful technical demos
