Firmware & Electronics Engineer
š Remote (UK) + Monthly Eastbourne Visits
š°Up to Ā£55,000 (Dependent on experience)
Weāre looking for a hands-on Firmware & Electronics Engineer to take ownership of our embedded systems across both legacy products and brand-new innovations. If you love autonomy, problem-solving and being the technical go-to, this is for you.
š§ What youāll do
ā¢ Develop and refine firmware across ARM Cortex-A/M, RTOS, SPI, I2C, UART, WIEGAND, Raspberry Pi
ā¢ Design, test and debug electronic circuits and PCB layouts
ā¢ Drive improvements across legacy and new product development
ā¢ Work closely with developers to shape solutions and spot risks
ā¢ Support customers and share responsibility for the on-call rota
ā¢ Join monthly on-site meetups in Eastbourne for hands-on collaboration

ā¢ Solid embedded systems + electronics experience
ā¢ Confidence working independently across a wide tech stack
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
ā¢ A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and share
