Who we’re looking for:
A passionate, experienced Head of QA who can lead a team, drive quality, and shape our product future.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of ~20 QA engineers (including 6 Tech Leads)
- Define and execute QA strategy for all our products
- Continuously improve QA processes and documentation
- Hire, train, and mentor new team members
- Oversee test planning, execution, and coverage
- Coordinate with dev teams & stakeholders to align quality goals
- Track and report on QA metrics
- Build individual development plans for your team
What we need from you:
- Deep experience in QA (manual + automated testing)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines, pressure & challenge
