About the Role


We’re seeking a Product Owner to join a forward-thinking tech company delivering innovative solutions that optimise operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define and deliver strategic product enhancements and new solutions. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys turning business needs into actionable, user-centric products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define product roadmaps and translate business needs into actionable requirements
  • Map user journeys and design innovative solutions using UX principles
  • Act as Product Owner for Agile teams, managing backlog and user stories
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure product quality through clear acceptance criteria and involvement in QA processes
  • Present demos to internal and external stakeholders


About You


  • Experience in software development teams with a focus on user-centric design
  • Strong process mapping and optimisation skills, ideally in operational environments
  • Ability to quickly learn new domains and apply UX principles effectively
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work independently in a remote setup


Desirable:


  • Background in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Design, or UX Design
  • Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools
  • Knowledge of logistics or warehousing operations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote team collaboration
