About the role:
Our client is looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong Figma skills to create clear, high-quality MVP-level wireframes and mockups. The ideal candidate will help visualize concepts and workflows, working closely with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into tangible visual outputs that support decision-making and iteration.
This is not a production design role — final development and UI execution will be handled by our client internal software teams. The focus is on speed, clarity, and visualization rather than pixel-perfect delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and user flows in Figma for internal tools and business processes.
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to visualize ideas quickly for discussion and feedback.
- Refine designs based on iterative input; maintain organized design files for handoff to development teams.
- Communicate design concepts clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have:
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to translate abstract or rough ideas into clear, usable layouts.
- Ability to create high-quality wireframes and mockups quickly.
- Focus on clarity and visualization rather than final UI production.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Based in LATAM
Shift: Monday through Friday - 9 AM to 5 PM PST
