The Opportunity
As Head of Technology, you will own the end-to-end technology strategy for the business, spanning software engineering, product systems, IT infrastructure, data, security, and integrations. You'll drive a forward-looking technology roadmap, shaping platforms and architecture that can support today's high demand and tomorrow's global scale.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a leader with:
- Experience scaling technology functions within a fast-growing SME
- Proven success in shaping and delivering company-wide technology strategy
- Strong grounding in software engineering, systems architecture, data governance, and IT
- Experience in e-commerce, integrations (including drop shipping), and digital product roadmaps would be distinctly advantageous
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical depth
- Excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience leading across both software and (ideally) connected hardware environments
