Description
We’re partnered with a fast-scaling fintech seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join their product and engineering team. The role can be fully remote, or hybrid for candidates within reach of London.
What You’ll Do
- Drive quality across the full development lifecycle
- Build detailed test plans and test cases
- Apply and evolve automated testing processes
- Develop and maintain regression test packs
- Identify, report and collaborate on issue resolution
- Influence architecture with a focus on testability
- Track key QA metrics and support continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with modern testing tools, frameworks and strategies
What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Solid Cypress experience
- JavaScript programming ability
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with both white-box and black-box testing
- Financial services experience (nice to have)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- High integrity, ownership and accountability
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for test planning, documentation and analysis
