Fullstack Engineer - Fixed Term Contract / Quantum and AI
We’re hiring a number of Fullstack Engineers to help build internal tools and interfaces that support state of the art AI and quantum inspired technologies. This team develops systems that enable extreme compression of large language models, reducing size by up to 95 percent and cutting inference costs by as much as 80 percent.
Their work is reshaping how AI is deployed across industries by making it faster, more efficient, and more accessible.
This is a fixed term contract on a hybrid model based in Zaragoza. The initial term runs until mid 2026 with the potential for extension. You’ll receive a competitive package including signing and retention bonuses (plus relocation assistance if needed)
In this role you will:
- Build fullstack applications that bring research workflows to life
- Develop dashboards, automation tools, and data rich interfaces
- Work across React or Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend and Python on the backend
- Shape APIs, data models, and integration patterns
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate experimentation into polished tools
- Contribute to cloud deployment, CI or CD, and containerized development
What you’ll need:
- Two to five years experience across frontend and backend development
- Proficiency with React or Next.js, TypeScript, and Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
- Experience with SQL databases, Docker, and cloud based deployments
- Strong understanding of API design and frontend to backend integration
- Experience building internal dashboards or workflow tools
- A product focused mindset with the ability to simplify complex R&D processes
- Familiarity with LLM or MLOps tooling is a plus
- Experience with data visualization or workflow orchestration is welcome
