Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of AI-powered solutions and internal platforms. This role is pivotal in building scalable systems, mentoring engineering teams, and driving technical excellence across innovative AI and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of engineers focused on AI-enabled applications and internal tools.
- Define technical strategies and oversee implementation in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Establish best practices through code reviews, architecture guidance, and performance optimization.
- Manage project planning, prioritization, and timely delivery of critical features.
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in full-stack development, with leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Education:
- PhD or MSc in a relevant STEM field (Mathematics or Statistics preferred).
