About the Role
We are hiring an AI Solutions Architect to design and lead the implementation of advanced AI and agentic solutions for global enterprise clients. You will architect end-to-end AI frameworks, integrate with major enterprise platforms, and lead distributed teams in delivering scalable, secure AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI architectures (data pipelines, model orchestration, and deployment).
- Develop frameworks and AI agent accelerators for enterprise-scale delivery.
- Oversee API integrations with systems such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Azure.
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers) across geographies.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define AI strategies and business outcomes.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and security in all AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
- 7+ years in software architecture or solution design, with at least 3 in AI/ML or agentic systems.
- Proven experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Azure).
- Strong background in AI agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and cloud architectures.
- Proficiency with APIs, RESTful services, and event-driven designs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with client-facing experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).
- Knowledge of LangChain, MLOps, or agentic workflows.
- Certifications in Azure AI, Salesforce Einstein, or SAP AI Core are a plus.
