Job Overview

• We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI leader to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Generative AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will drive innovation at the intersection of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and domain-specific AI agents to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable impact.

• You will lead cross-functional teams, develop state-of-the-art AI solutions, and champion the adoption of scalable, secure, and reliable AI platforms within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI systems and evaluation frameworks.

• Design and deploy production-ready RAG systems, custom LLM pipelines, and AI agents for enterprise use cases including: Document understanding Automated research, Data extraction and summarization

• Partner with engineering, data, and product teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI capabilities, keeping pace with research and open-source developments.

• Build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional data science and ML teams.

• Collaborate across departments (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Finance) to ensure AI adoption meets enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

• Define success metrics and monitor system performance to ensure optimal output and business value.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building enterprise-wide Generative AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents).

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with at least 3+ years leading enterprise-grade AI deployments.

• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments such as financial services, fintech, or regulatory technology.

• Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT family).

• Experience deploying scalable ML/AI applications using APIs, dashboards, and web services.

• Familiarity with AI evaluation methods, bias detection, and performance metrics.
