The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the Animal Health – Information Technology (Enterprise Performance Management) portfolio. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, drives cross-functional collaboration, and supports the delivery of technical capabilities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with business owners, architects, and technical teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and lifecycle management standards.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
• Maintain project documentation using tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
  
  

Preferred

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, animal health).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• SAP experience is a plus.
