We are seeking a highly experienced Front-End Engineer to lead and shape the development of scalable, high-performance web applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will drive architectural and technical decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute to both front-end and back-end solutions. You will work with modern technologies such as Node.js, React, Redux, GraphQL, and TypeScript, while improving developer tools, infrastructure, and workflows. This position combines technical leadership with hands-on coding and emphasizes innovation, performance, and user experience.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and mentor front-end engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React, Redux, Fastify, GraphQL, and TypeScript
- Build and maintain tools and utilities that enhance developer productivity, including build automation, code generation, linting, and testing frameworks
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure the right architectural and technical direction
- Contribute to improving development processes, coding standards, and best practices
- Develop and maintain infrastructure components, including Docker, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in web development with strong proficiency in Node.js, React, Redux, and TypeScript
- Proven technical leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding engineers
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (Node.js, Fastify, GraphQL)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and monitoring/logging tools (StatsD, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Knowledge of software development workflows, best practices, and version control (Git)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Nice to have: experience with build tools (Esbuild, SWC, Webpack), developer tooling ecosystems (Babel, ESLint, Prettier, Jest, Cypress), PostgreSQL or MongoDB, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and open-source contributions
