About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BPI Architect / Professional Services Delivery Architect to join our Professional Services organization. This post-sales role is central to designing, delivering, and leading high-quality, business-critical OSS solutions for our customers.

You will collaborate closely with global architecture and delivery teams to ensure high standards and consistent implementation outcomes across all customer engagements.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural leader, and a deep technical expert in OSS, network inventory, design & management, workflow automation, system integrations, and modern telecom technologies.

Experience designing and implementing COTS-based customized software solutions is essential.

⭐ What You Will Do

Provide weekly metrics and project status updates to PMO and Regional Delivery Director.

Lead the transition of delivery responsibilities from the Sales team and support PMs in driving on-time, on-budget delivery.

Offer thought leadership on resolving complex solution and implementation challenges.

Review and approve solution design documents, test strategies, and development deliverables.

Educate internal teams on best practices, methodologies, competitive insights, and industry trends.

Develop consulting and application expertise within the delivery teams.

Conduct customer workshops, architecture sessions, and drive end-to-end solution design.

Manage multiple customer programs, addressing risks and issues proactively.

Navigate complex customer relationships and ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Provide deep product configuration knowledge and business process expertise.

Support design reviews, articulate solution options, risks, and benefits.

Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills for issue resolution.

Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, OSS frameworks, and industry innovations.

Manage internal project tasks and internal team coordination.

📌 Required Qualifications

Expert knowledge of the telecom OSS domain.

Deep understanding of telecom network design, OSS/BSS architectures, SDN/NFV, cloud infrastructure, service assurance, orchestration, mediation, billing, IoT, and automation.

Strong expertise in OSS areas such as Inventory Management, Discovery, Activation, Performance, and Fault Management.

Hands-on experience with inventory systems like Amdocs ARM (Cramer), Ericsson Granite, Netcracker, Oracle MetaSolv, etc.

Strong understanding of network configuration processes.

Expert domain knowledge across multiple telecom technologies (DWDM, Ethernet, IP, etc).

10+ years’ experience in telecom operational roles and OSS project implementation.

7+ years leading large, complex global projects in a Professional Services environment.

7+ years managing distributed teams and performing people-leadership responsibilities.

7+ years working as a hands-on Solution Architect in OSS/BSS.

Strong business and technical communication skills.

Project management experience (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related domain.

Willingness to travel as required.
