About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end CI/CD pipelines primarily using GitHub Actions. Your expertise will ensure that our software delivery processes are fast, reliable, and scalable, supporting our mission to deliver innovative fintech solutions. You will containerize services with Docker, manage complex build workflows for multiple programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++, and develop robust multi-platform build pipelines utilizing tools like CMake. Your work will involve automating release management processes across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, security, and traceability in every deployment. Additionally, you will define and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure environments. Collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams will be essential to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve our deployment pipelines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of blockchain technology, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering, contributing to products that are redefining the future of digital finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience architecting and managing CI/CD pipelines in a production environment using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools
• Strong proficiency in test-driven deployment methodologies, including automated testing and validation
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker, including image creation and registry management
• Experience managing package lifecycles for JavaScript and TypeScript, including versioning, semantic tagging, and publishing workflows to NPM
• In-depth knowledge of C++ build systems, particularly CMake, with proven experience optimizing native build and deployment pipelines
• Advanced Linux system administration skills, including shell scripting, networking, performance troubleshooting, and security configurations
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
• Experience with mobile CI/CD automation for iOS and Android platforms
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills, especially in distributed team environments

• Automate end-to-end release processes, including tagging, building, signing, and distributing applications for various platforms
• Define and manage Infrastructure as Code to provision and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure environments
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize performance, and enhance release reliability
• Continuously improve observability and feedback mechanisms through monitoring and alerting tools to maintain operational excellence
