We are looking for an IT Team Lead with strong expertise in Active Directory to manage and grow a global team supporting a large multi-domain AD environment. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, AD modernization (Azure AD/Entra ID), and close collaboration with Cyber Security to ensure stability, security, and continuous improvement of the identity infrastructure

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team of AD engineers.
- Oversee AD design, administration, and maintenance across multi-domain forests.
- Act as final escalation level for complex AD incidents and recovery.
- Ensure AD security, compliance, and alignment with Continental standards.
- Drive adoption of new AD/Entra ID technologies and improvements.
- Troubleshoot replication, GPO, topology, and authentication issues.
- Conduct regular AD audits and health checks.
- Collaborate closely with Cyber Security on hardening and privileged access.
- Support projects involving AD, Azure AD, or ADFS integrations.
- Automate processes with PowerShell and monitoring tools.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
- Strong technical background in AD (replication, topology, trusts, GPO).
- Proven experience leading international/global teams.
- Good understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, ADFS, hybrid identity.
- PowerShell scripting experience (automation, reporting).
- Familiarity with AD security models (Tier 0, Red Forest, PAW).
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident/Change/Problem).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- MCSE/MCSA certifications are a plus.
- English proficiency; availability to travel.
