Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure in a dynamic, globally distributed environment. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and technical leads to optimize processes, automate deployments, and enhance system reliability. The position emphasizes containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and cloud infrastructure management, allowing you to deliver solutions that directly impact operational efficiency. You will contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring infrastructure supports both domestic and international workloads. Success in this role requires balancing technical excellence with proactive problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.

Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain systems for declarative application and infrastructure lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes cluster management
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
• Optimize deployment processes, database migrations, and operational tasks to improve reliability and scalability
• Troubleshoot system issues and alerts, prioritizing stability and rapid incident response
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively
• Foster collaboration across teams to build reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure
• Develop and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies across cloud environments
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of programming experience with Python, Go, or Shell scripting
• 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect (VoIP), including administration, development, and troubleshooting
• Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience deploying and administering cloud resources in AWS and GCP using IaC
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
