Job Description
If you've led SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS audits and can identify a flawed security response instantly, this role offers a path to amplify your expertise through AI-powered compliance systems. You'll transition from manual audit cycles to building and supervising an intelligent certification engine that scales your judgment across enterprise operations.
IgniteTech is developing the industry's first AI-native compliance platform for enterprise software. This system leverages generative AI to produce audit-ready evidence, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and resolve the majority of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your focus will be the critical 20%—refining AI behavior, validating system outputs, and intervening when expert judgment becomes essential. The objective is not automation for its own sake, but force multiplication: enabling a single compliance expert to deliver the output of an entire team.
This position differs fundamentally from traditional compliance analyst work. You will not spend time chasing approvals or reformatting documentation. Instead, you'll oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance system, identify where AI performance requires human correction, ensure outputs meet auditor standards, and engage directly when stakeholder confidence depends on it. System improvements will stem directly from your corrections, rule definitions, and model refinements.
You'll collaborate with AI engineering, compliance strategy, and product operations teams, operating at the convergence of information security expertise and generative AI application. If you understand when to rely on automation, when to intervene manually, and when to retrain the system, we encourage you to apply.

- Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance via AI-enhanced certification oversight and proactive customer trust management.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing or directing certification audits (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS)
- Proven track record reviewing and addressing sophisticated customer security questionnaires
- Working proficiency with GenAI tools for reviewing, producing, and refining compliance documentation
