Job Description

If you've led SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS audits and can instantly identify gaps in security documentation, we need your expertise to power our AI-driven compliance platform. This role offers the opportunity to transform your professional judgment into automated, scalable systems while delegating routine tasks to intelligent automation.

IgniteTech is developing the enterprise software industry's first AI-native compliance engine. This dynamic platform uses generative AI to produce audit-ready certification materials, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and resolve approximately 80% of customer security inquiries without human intervention. Your responsibility centers on the critical 20%. You will refine the system, guide its learning, and intervene when human expertise is essential. Our objective is not AI replacement of human judgment, but amplification—enabling one expert to accomplish the work of ten.

This position differs fundamentally from traditional compliance analyst roles. You will not spend time tracking approvals or adjusting document formatting. Instead, you will oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance platform, identify areas requiring human oversight, verify outputs meet auditor standards, and engage directly when client confidence depends on it. System improvements will result directly from your corrections, your protocols, and your calibration work.

You will collaborate with AI engineering teams, compliance strategy leaders, and product operations managers, positioned at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI advancement. If you understand when to rely on automation, when to intervene manually, and when to enhance the system's capabilities, submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: Curated collections of verified evidence and supporting documentation required to maintain PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
  • Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to sophisticated security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans initiated by regulatory requirements or organizational shifts.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI system operations (including training data, control parameters, escalation protocols) that enhance performance or compliance precision.

Security Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification oversight and customer confidence development.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS)
  • Proven experience reviewing and responding to sophisticated customer security questionnaires
  • Demonstrated proficiency using GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance artifacts
