About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing our staking infrastructure across various cloud and on-premises environments. Your primary focus will be on managing Kubernetes and Nomad clusters, ensuring their optimal performance and security. You will play a key role in managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible, and will oversee the development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. The successful candidate will participate in on-call rotations, ensuring that our systems meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives and are resilient against failures. Additionally, you will work on enhancing monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to proactively detect and resolve issues, maintaining high availability and security compliance, including ISO27001 and SOC2 standards. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of Docker and containerization.
- Proven experience managing cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or hybrid setups using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Loki.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work proactively with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in blockchain nodes and staking technologies.
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize AWS, Kubernetes (k8s), and Nomad clusters supporting staking infrastructure.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for infrastructure and service deployment automation.
- Scale and manage cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or hybrid) and bare-metal data centers to meet high reliability standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous system availability and SLA adherence.
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Address security findings and ensure compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure performance and security.
