Job Description
We are searching for a BI Analyst to support enterprise-wide workforce analytics. If you love transforming HR data into clear, actionable insights and want to own full end-to-end dashboard delivery, this is an incredible opportunity in a stable, mission-driven healthcare system.
- Deliver end-to-end HR analytics solutions (Define, Design, Develop, Deploy)
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards covering retention, vacancies, recruiting pipeline, sourcing, promotions, and more
- Support the migration from Tableau to Power BI
- Work closely with HR stakeholders, present insights, and guide decision-making
- Mentor junior analysts while growing as a senior individual contributor
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years in data & analytics
- Strong Power BI (ideally 5 years; 3 years + Tableau/Alteryx accepted)
- Advanced SQL + DAX
- HR data experience (Workday, Infor, PeopleSoft, HCM systems)
- Data storytelling and insight delivery
Bonus Skills
- Healthcare experience
- Statistical analysis (regression, correlation, etc.)
- Power Apps or Power Automate
- Tableau, Alteryx, MicroStrategy
Role Details
- Location: Fully remote (must reside in AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, TX, WI, IN, VA, or OH)
