A venture-backed AI startup is hiring a Founding Frontend Engineer to build the UI behind a next-generation agentic platform. This is a rare early-stage opportunity to own the frontend architecture, ship at high velocity, and help define the product experience from the ground up.

The company’s mission: make every business discoverable and transact-able in an AI-native world, enabling brands to meet consumers where discovery is increasingly happening, inside AI systems.

⭐ About the Role

You’ll design and implement high-performance, visually polished interfaces used by thousands of customers. This role is perfect for someone who is early in their career but operates like a founder scrappy, fast, deeply product-minded, and obsessed with quality.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Build exceptional UIs from concept to production
• Use advanced CSS and animations to achieve pixel-perfect design
• Optimize client-side performance for snappy, responsive experiences
• Collaborate tightly with designers, engineering, and product
• Establish frontend best practices, architecture, and component systems
• Ship fast, iterate constantly, and own the frontend roadmap

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of professional experience
• Experience as a founder or at a high-growth startup (e.g., fast-moving product companies)
• Strong instincts for clean design, polish, and craftsmanship
• Hunger to build early-stage products with high ownership
• Comfortable working in-person at a small, fast-moving startup
