Senior Motion Designer (User Acquisition)

Gear Games is looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team. You will collaborate closely with our team to create data-driven, high-impact marketing assets that drive user acquisition and live content campaigns. As a Motion Designer for the UA team, your role will involve designing engaging motion/video ads for the game Arcane Rush (Android, iOS).

Your main responsibilities:

• Create high-performing marketing (User Acquisition) videos using After Effects.
• Capture authentic gameplay in Unity or craft stylized “fake” gameplay by combining mixed media.
• Push the boundaries with cutting-edge AI tools for character animation, lip-sync, and voiceover. brainstorming sessions for ad campaigns.
• Drive the creative process by contributing bold ideas in
• Bonus points if you can produce 3D animations in Blender, Maya, or similar tools.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing UA productions.
• Strong understanding of animation and editing techniques.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Unity, Photoshop.
• Creative mindset, proactivity, and the ability to propose ideas.
• Solid art fundamentals and a strong aesthetic sense / eye for Graphic Design.
• Clear understanding of the content creation pipeline.
• Being a gamer, as Arcane Rush is a midcore game.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)

• Skills in one or more related areas such as game UI, storyboarding.
• Experience with 3D animation (Blender/Maya/Cinema 4D etc) and character 2D animation (spine)
