✨ The Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Design, manage, and scale AWS infrastructure supporting our platform.
- Lead adoption and operations of containerization technologies (EKS and/or ECS).
- Drive CI/CD implementations (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) for fast, safe deployments.
- Implement observability, cost controls, and automation to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Partner with engineering to align systems with security best practices and compliance goals (e.g., SOC 2).
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 5–6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- At least 2 years working in startups managing AWS-based infrastructure.
- Deep expertise with containerization on AWS (EKS/ECS).
- Proven experience leading CI/CD implementations (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong communication skills in English and experience working with distributed teams.
🎯 Nice-to-Haves
- Certifications in security best practices (AWS Security, CISSP, etc.).
- Exposure to SOC 2–compliant infrastructure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with monitoring/alerting stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).
