Founding Python Engineer - AI Healthcare Platform

Founding Python Engineer | Stealth AI Healthcare Startup | Fully Remote US | $200k–$250k

Here at Venchr, we are partnering with a rapidly scaling, VC-backed stealth AI startup that is building next-generation agentic AI to automate operational workflows across healthcare. Their mission is to remove administrative burden and transform how healthcare teams work — and they’re already seeing strong early traction.

We are now searching for a Founding Python Engineer to join their core team and play a key role in building the platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build backend systems in Python powering agent-based automation
• Develop APIs, microservices, and data pipelines supporting real-time workflows
• Contribute to LLM evaluation, agent reliability, and workflow orchestration
• Integrate with healthcare systems, web workflows, and internal tools
• Drive engineering best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable cloud architecture
• Collaborate directly with founders across product and strategy

🎯 Ideal Background

• Experience designing APIs or distributed systems
• Interest or experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic workflows
• Strong cloud experience (AWS or GCP) and containerization
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Excellent communicator, comfortable in a founding-level role, or automation tools
