3 - Candidates from Richardson, TX or Minneapolis, MN (will work onsite from UHG offices).
4 - NY / NJ / Boston candidates who can travel to Hartford as needed (least preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Must have 2 3 years of Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on AI/ML development experience.
- Experience with Google CCAI / CES platform and related components.
- Expertise in LLMs, ML model design, model evaluation, and MLOps.
- Deep experience with Google Vertex AI and Python for Conversational AI.
- Build, optimize, and deploy models on Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Agentic Architecture, RAG, test/eval frameworks, eval metrics.
- Experience with PEFT (Parameter Efficient Fine-Tuning) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with product teams (e.g., Google) and drive solutions.
- Strong customer-facing maturity and stakeholder management skills.
