This is a permanent position with a high-frequency trading company looking for an innovative Senior Rust Software Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of designing and creating applications and components for various aspects of trading systems.
- Develop robust and high-performance code.
- Utilize Python for scripting and integration tasks to streamline processes.
- Continuously improve our systems to adapt to the ever-evolving requirements of trading.
- Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of trading systems.
- Efficiently process market data to provide real-time insights for informed trading decisions.
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 3 years or more of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in development software solutions with Rust.
- Prior experience in developing software with C++ will be an added advantage.
- Coming from financial services, ideally from trading companies/hedge funds.
- Good to have Python.
- Common understanding of Data structure and Algorithm
- Knowledge of financial instruments and derivatives, trading and risk management, market data, and market risk processes and methodologies.
