Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager I (Customers) in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to directly shape and enhance products that improve the lives of service professionals. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution from concept through launch. Using customer insights, market research, and data analytics, you will identify growth opportunities and ensure that solutions deliver measurable value. This role emphasizes agility, collaboration, and continuous learning, allowing you to balance strategic planning with hands-on product execution. You will contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, supporting both business goals and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify market opportunities, define product vision, and develop strategies to achieve growth objectives
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, competitor research, and data analysis to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create wireframes, event models, user flows, and functional solutions
  • Partner with business and go-to-market teams to refine product positioning, pricing, risk management, and operational requirements
  • Plan and communicate product roadmaps, day-to-day operations, and backlog prioritization
  • Drive product execution by coordinating releases, measuring adoption, and iterating post-launch based on insights
  • Support continuous experimentation to enhance the customer experience and improve product performance


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using growth stack tools (e.g., Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Launch Darkly) to experiment and measure results
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
  • Understanding of product management processes, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Deep customer empathy and passion for improving the user experience
  • Experience in high-performing product organizations or K-12 / service-related industries is a plus
