Senior Business Analyst (Remote)

Industry: Biotechnology / Plasma-Based Therapies

A leading organization in the biotechnology and plasma-based therapies sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team. This fully remote role combines advanced analytics, pricing strategy, and machine learning to drive data-based decision-making across the business. You will own analyses end-to-end, partner with senior leadership, and influence strategic outcomes through high-impact insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and business-critical insights
  • Assess pricing performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers and donor groups
  • Support forecasting and pricing initiatives using advanced statistical and analytical methods
  • Build and deploy machine learning models that enhance donor insights and operational performance
  • Lead the experimentation lifecycle—from design to execution and analysis—while promoting best practices in analytics
  • Create clear, compelling visualizations and narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, etc.); Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics, pricing, forecasting, or strategy
  • Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, regression, causal inference, and hypothesis testing
  • Hands-on expertise with Python, PySpark, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Ability to translate complex findings into simple, actionable business recommendations
