Brief Introduction - Role Summary/Purpose

  • Sr. Technology Associates- End User Computing MDM System Administrator is accountable for ensuring the effective operation of the End User Computing MDM System environment through administration of the global End User Computing MDM System infrastructure
  • Able to provision the applications required for business purposes.
  • Needs to ensure the security compliance of Colgate’s workstations and Servers.
  • End User Computing MDM System Administrator is accountable for ensuring the effective operation of the End User Computing MDM System environment through administration of the global End User Computing MDM System infrastructure
  • Sound knowledge on application Virtualization (VMware Horizon Preferred)
  • Able to provision the applications required for business purposes.
  • Needs to ensure the security compliance of Colgate’s workstations and Servers.
  • Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution
  • Ability to function as support coordinator balancing resource loads, tracking SLA progress

Required Qualifications

  • Over all 5+ years of IT experience
  • Familiar with End User Computing technologies like VMware/Workspace ONE Active Directory, Tanium,Vmware Horizon
  • God knowledge on Powershell scripting
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating System environment Windows 10 , 11 and Server OS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workspace ONE operations knowledge, Intune, Azure Virtualization
  • Patch management
  • Windows Operating System - Windows 10 , 11
  • Analytics skill for reporting and inventory
  • Application Virtualization
