Job Title: Product Designer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Product Designer (Thai-speaking) to lead end-to-end design for web and mobile products. You’ll shape user experiences, create polished interfaces, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires relocation to Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Product & UX/UI Design
- Research user needs, analyze product requirements, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Design intuitive user flows and optimize product usability across web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure consistency in design system, branding, and user experience.
User Research & Validation:
- Plan and run lightweight research (interviews, usability tests, surveys); synthesize insights into actionable decisions.
- Partner with data to define success metrics; use analytics and A/B tests to inform iterations.
Design Systems & Accessibility:
- Contribute to our Figma design system (components, tokens, documentation) and uphold consistency across products.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with PO, Developers, BA, QC, Data and Marketing to define and deliver product features.
- Participate in product discovery, brainstorming, and problem-solving sessions.
- Provide design rationale and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Coordinate with Outsourcing Design Teams
- Brief and align external design partners with product vision, brand guidelines, and UX standards.
- Review, give feedback, and ensure outsourced deliverables meet quality and product requirements.
- Present work clearly to stakeholders; explain trade-offs, rationale, and impact.
- Manage timelines, progress, and design handoff between internal and external teams.

What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio across web and mobile products.
- Proven end-to-end design process: research, problem framing, flows, prototypes, visual design, and measurable results.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and preparing developer-ready specs.
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility skills.
- Deep understanding of design thinking in product development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and constructive feedback skills.
- Strong presentation abilities to clearly explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.

- Experience working with design systems at scale.
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
