About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a fully remote project. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and maintaining critical infrastructure components to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure, including:
- Security, logging, alerting, monitoring, and networking.
- Set up and configure Kubernetes clusters using IaaS solutions (especially Amazon EKS).
- Deploy and configure ElasticSearch clusters on IaaS platforms.
- Deploy and configure Cassandra clusters on IaaS platforms.
- Set up and configure MySQL databases using IaaS solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with AWS services and infrastructure best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, Cassandra, and MySQL cluster setup and configuration.
- Expertise in monitoring, alerting, and security within cloud environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver high-quality results.
