🎨 The Role: Senior Graphic Designer

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll lead visual storytelling across platforms—bringing strategy, creativity, and brand cohesion into every pixel. Your work will not only look good—it’ll feel meaningful and move people.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Design bold, strategic visuals for social media, marketing, branding, and product assets
• Develop and evolve visual systems to enhance our global brand identity
• Collaborate with writers, editors, strategists, and motion designers to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Use data and feedback to iterate and improve designs for engagement and clarity
• Mentor junior designers and foster creative collaboration
• Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency

🧠 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva
• Proven experience creating high-performing assets for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, UX/UI basics, typography, layout, and color theory
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visuals
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-based design tools and creative workflows
