Description

Turning Point is now hiring a Technical Enterprise Architect to define and guide the architectural framework for complex enterprise application environments. This role ensures technology decisions are aligned with organisational objectives and contributes to a more agile, data driven, and efficient digital ecosystem.
This position is suited to someone who can combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing detailed architectural approaches, selecting suitable technologies, and ensuring applications and integrations meet technical and business requirements
- Leading the integration of AI and automation across enterprise applications to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and decision making
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to guide technical decisions and align application strategy with organisational goals
- Designing and implementing integration solutions that enable effective data exchange and support automated processes
- Overseeing governance of integrations to ensure seamless interoperability across systems
- Implementing secure architectures that follow industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Establishing robust security measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, analytical technical leader with experience designing and governing enterprise application ecosystems. Requirements include:
- Minimum five years’ experience in a senior Technical Architect role, with exposure to enterprise applications, infrastructure, and architectural planning
- Expertise in designing and deploying enterprise application solutions
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure design principles, cloud architecture, and cloud service providers
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative environment
- Desirable certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications
