Senior Data Analyst (Remote)

Position

Our client is an international IT company providing a SaaS platform that supports fitness facilities around the world. They combine technological expertise with a passion for health and wellness, helping their customers simplify daily operations and focus on delivering wellbeing to their members.

• Work model: fully remote, available for candidates based in Poland
• Working hours: flexible – evening work possible; only limited overlap time required
• Workload: approx. 70–90 hours in total for the entire project (not per month)
• Project duration: around 3 months, starting ASAP
• Time zones: collaboration limited to Poland and Germany The project focuses on supporting the digital transformation of data-driven decision-making by developing business-oriented dashboards and KPIs. The selected Data Analyst will collaborate closely with the internal Data Team (working mainly with Python, AWS, Airflow, Redshift, SQL, dbt, and PySpark) to translate business needs into actionable reporting requirements. The role combines analytical thinking with a consultative approach, engaging with C-level stakeholders to define and refine data needs that drive strategic insights.

Salary offered

• up to 145 PLN net + VAT/h (B2B) depending on your professional experience
  
  

You Will Be Successful In This Role If

• You have proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with exposure to Data Engineering or Data Science
• You have strong understanding of business metrics such as MRR, Churn, Retention, Revenue Growth, etc.
• You have ability to translate business needs into concrete analytical or reporting requirements
• You have hands-on experience in data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
• You have excellent communication and consulting skills – ability to interact with C-level stakeholders, ask the right questions, and challenge requirements when needed
• You have solid understanding of data preparation and ETL processes
• You have experience in defining and implementing KPIs and dashboards
• You have analytical mindset with strong business acumen
• You have experience collaborating with data teams on data infrastructure setup and reporting pipelines
• You have proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management
• You have knowledge of Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) processing – nice to have
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written), Polish nice to have
• You are able to work remotely within Poland with flexible working hours and limited need for overlap
