Job Description


IDR is seeking a Senior Product Manager (100% Remote) to join one of our top clients in Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in steering the strategic vision and execution of our client's Fleet Payments Platform, focusing on launching a new open-loop fuel card and modernizing the platform. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager (100% Remote): Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and global architecture teams to define roadmaps and drive new product delivery. Engage with external partners to explore partnerships and licensing opportunities. Mentor junior team members and manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Conduct market research and analyze competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills for Senior Product Manager (100% Remote): Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments or fintech. Strong technical fluency and experience with payments systems, data, APIs, or file-based integrations. Excellent strategic thinking and ability to align product initiatives with business goals. Proven track record in managing complex, multi-product portfolios. Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related field.
