About The Role

Qualifications
- 5+ years of mobile development experience across various components of the Android stack.
- Proficiency in Kotlin programming language; experience with Jetpack Compose is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to design and implement complex distributed systems capable of handling high load.
- Experience developing customer-facing public applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-directed, innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a remote environment and discussing complex technical topics with diverse audiences.
- Experience mentoring engineers, owning team processes, and leading cross-functional projects is a plus.
- Design, develop, and deploy Android client features that enable users to monetize their contributions on Reddit.
