We, the Design Content Team, shape and develop the visual identity of ABOUT YOU across all media. As communication designers, we are in constant creative exchange with other teams — from Human Resources to Performance Marketing — and translate concepts and ideas into impactful brand communication.

As a Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of our corporate identity as well as the design of 360° media for our brand. Your confident use of the Adobe Creative Cloud, combined with your creativity and high standards for good design, will support you in this role.

Responsibilities

• Creating layouts for all online content of ABOUT YOU across all our markets
• Translating newsletter articles and topics into graphic designs in close collaboration with our editorial team
• Designing print materials such as magazine ads, direct mailings, and posters
• Retouching campaign photos and fashion editorials
• Ideation and design development for our capsule collections
• Producing photo and video material for our social media channels
• Designing all visual elements for our events
• Creating marketing materials for online channels and POS
• Conceptualizing, developing, and implementing innovative web design concepts and graphic projects for our online shop and brand
• Creating motion graphics as well as editing and animating video content
• Independently creating and further developing AI-based visual assets
  
  

Requirements

• Completed degree in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience, preferably in an advertising agency or similar environment
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud
• Strong affinity for fashion, beauty & lifestyle, paired with a creative and independent working style
• Cross-media thinking with strong visual imagination and execution skills
• Strong personality and team player mindset suited for a dynamic work environment
