We are expanding the team and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for promoting joom.com on the international market.
Responsibilities
- Promote joom.com website on the European market
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and other digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and scale
- Manage large advertising budgets to maximize ROI / ROAS and achieve key business goals
- Work closely with product, pricing, and analytics teams to align strategy and leverage insights
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Continuously explore new traffic sources and ad formats
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Familiarity with Merchant Center, CSS, feed management, and automation (via API, scripts or no-code platforms)
- Proven experience managing large ad budgets
- A strong data-driven approach to decision-making, optimization, and reporting
- Experience in e-commerce
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Preferred
- Experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Holistics, etc.)
