As an Analytics Engineer, you will be the owner of our core data assets and practices. You will ensure data is clean, consistent, and readily available as a source of truth for all internal and external stakeholders, from product to leadership to key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve and scale our analytics stack using tools such as GCP BigQuery and Dataform, Fivetran, Postgres, and various dashboarding tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the company to understand data needs and translate them into reliable, scalable systems
  • Contribute to internal data culture through high-quality documentation, stakeholder education, and rigorous code quality standards

  • 2 - 6 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a technical Data Analyst role with experience in production data ownership
  • Expert proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with modern data transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Dataform, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data warehousing on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP BigQuery)
  • Experience operating data ingestion tools (e.g., Fivetran)
  • Experience or comfort working with scripting languages like Python is a plus
  • A strong desire to "act like an owner," commit to intense, high-impact work, and drive company growth

Work Policy:

  • This is an on-site position requiring attendance 5 days per week in our New York office
  • Visa sponsorship is available

Benefits

We offer a competitive package that rewards high performance and significant impact in a rapidly scaling company environment.

  • Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (Base Salary)
  • Equity: Competitive equity package in a well-funded, high-growth company
