This Lead Systems & Network Administrator role places you at the centre of enterprise IT operations. You’ll act as the right hand to senior leadership, ensuring systems remain reliable, optimised, and secure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You’ll guide the IT support team, manage infrastructure initiatives, and oversee networking and security practices in an environment that rewards initiative, accountability, and technical excellence.

As the technical and operational anchor of the department, you’ll balance team coordination with deep, hands-on engineering. You’ll lead cloud projects, drive improvements in resilience and security posture, and ensure the business is supported by a modern, high-performing IT ecosystem. You will:

• Lead and support the IT team, acting as the main point of escalation while ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Manage and optimise systems across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, M365)
• Administer networking infrastructure including firewalls, switches, VPNs, SD-WAN, and connectivity services
• Drive security initiatives such as zero-trust, endpoint protection, SIEM/SOC monitoring, and compliance alignment

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, network, or infrastructure roles
• Previous experience in an escalation lead / point-of-contact / team-supporting position
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI)
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking (SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
• Knowledge of zero-trust, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and modern security frameworks
• Certifications such as CCNP, Security+, CISSP, Azure Admin, or ITIL are considered strong assets

Salary / Remuneration:

Up to 60K
