What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the overall SOC & VOC strategy aligned with business and security goals.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and incident response procedures.
Security Excellence
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge security measures.
- Stay ahead of evolving threats and technologies through continuous research and adaptation.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and risk management standards.
Collaboration & Influence
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Use analytics and KPIs to track SOC performance, drive improvements, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience leading SOC operations in complex or multinational environments.
- Expertise with SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle), EDR (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender), and SOAR solutions.
- Strong background in Identity & Access Management strategies for large user bases.
- Proven project management skills, with experience in large-scale technology migrations.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Leadership, accountability, and the ability to influence across teams and functions.
