We’re looking for an experienced Security Operations Center Lead to drive strategy, innovation, and excellence in our global SOC services — fully remote from anywhere in Spain.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall SOC & VOC strategy aligned with business and security goals.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement security policies, standards, and incident response procedures.

Security Excellence

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge security measures.
  • Stay ahead of evolving threats and technologies through continuous research and adaptation.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and risk management standards.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Use analytics and KPIs to track SOC performance, drive improvements, and report outcomes to stakeholders.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience leading SOC operations in complex or multinational environments.
  • Expertise with SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle), EDR (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender), and SOAR solutions.
  • Strong background in Identity & Access Management strategies for large user bases.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in large-scale technology migrations.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Leadership, accountability, and the ability to influence across teams and functions.
