Business Analyst
Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Azure DevOps
£500-550 per day, Outside IR35
Initially 2 Months (very likely extensions)
Fully Remote (Must be UK based)
One of our favorite Consulting partners urgently requires the services of a Business Analyst to join a project team, delivering a high profile NHS project.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct user research and related discovery activities to gather requirements, refine existing user stories, and develop new ones to better address stakeholder and end-user needs.
● Analyse user journeys and identify pain points to recommend potential changes and improvements to the service offering.
● Develop and implement changes to the patient allocation process based on research outcomes.
● Review, update, and create all necessary business process diagrams and service
design documentation.
● Record all tasks, progress updates, and manage User Stories effectively within Azure DevOps.
Desired Skills and Experience:
● Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
● Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for project and task management.
● Desired awareness of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power
Pages, and Power Automate given the platform's technical stack.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong experience in the Public Sector.
