Job Description


HealthTech Start-Up | Fully Remote (US) | $200,000

I’m supporting a stealth-mode HealthTech start-up that is building advanced tools for women's health and neuro-related disease detection. They're hiring a Machine Learning Engineer with experience working on healthcare or clinical datasets.


Ideal Background:

• 3–7+ years ML Engineering or Applied ML

• Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow

• Experience with clinical datasets, biomedical signals, or healthcare ML

• Comfortable working in early research environments

• Able to collaborate with public health, statistics and data science teams

• Mission-driven (especially around women’s health or underserved conditions)


What You’ll Work On:

• Building and refining ML models for clinical research

• Working with statistical + clinical teams to validate model outputs

• Supporting research publications and early product development

• Helping shape the ML direction of a very small founding team


Package:

• Up to $200k (DOE)+ early equity

• Fully remote (US only, US Citizen or GC holders only)
