The Luxembourg-based team specializes in remote sensing, machine learning, and scalable data fusion techniques to support environmental and agri-food applications.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Platform Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure that supports large-scale data pipelines. You’ll lead efforts in CI/CD automation, observability, and infrastructure reliability, while collaborating across engineering, product, and data science teams.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and cost efficiency
- Enhance system reliability, security, and performance monitoring
- Implement centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks
- Lead secure networking across environments (ingress/egress, connectivity)
- Own infrastructure components from design to production
- Establish DevSecOps practices across teams
- Mentor peers and collaborate with internal stakeholder
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles
- Deep experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Hands-on with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus)
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and best practices
- Self-motivated problem solver with a collaborative mindset

- Experience in Earth Observation or geospatial analytics
- Familiarity with MLOps workflows for model monitoring and lifecycle management
