NLP Engineer

We’re helping a global AI leader find an NLP Engineer who can craft models that truly comprehend human communication. From advanced conversational AI to semantic search and summarisation, you’ll build the foundations for language intelligence at scale.
Your Role as an NLP Engineer:
You would design, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models that give organisations the ability to understand, generate, and act on natural language.
What You’ll Do:
- Train and optimise transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, Llama, etc.).
- Build NLP pipelines for entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and summarisation.
- Develop domain-specific embeddings and vector-based retrieval systems.
- Deploy and monitor models for real-world performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with AI product teams to embed language understanding into enterprise systems.
What You Bring:
- Strong background in machine learning and natural language processing.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and tokenisation.
