Job Description
We are looking for a Manual Tester with strong experience in MDM and Data/ETL testing. The ideal candidate should have solid understanding of data quality, governance, and integration testing within Master Data Management environments.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data/ETL testing
- Hands-on experience with Stibo (MDM testing tool)
- 5+ years in data quality management and data governance
- 3+ years in data modeling and data integration techniques
- Strong expertise in data analysis, migration, validation, cleansing, verification, and identifying data mismatches
- Experience with ETL tools such as Ab Initio, AWS Glue, Informatica, Alteryx
- Knowledge of ETL processes from source to staging to data marts and data load
- Prior experience with cloud-based MDM or ETL testing
- Experience in building Data flow CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
- Exposure to DevOps/DataOps
- Ability to monitor, measure, and improve data quality metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
