IAM Security Engineer – Okta | Entra ID | Azure AD | Auth0
📍 Remote – Colombia | Permanent Contract | Full-time

We’re looking for an IAM Security Engineer with solid experience managing enterprise-level identity and access solutions. This role involves ensuring secure authentication, role-based access, and compliance while collaborating with IT and security teams to strengthen our cybersecurity posture.
🧩 Main Responsibilities
🔹 Manage and resolve IAM-related tickets, including access requests, user provisioning, and single sign-on integrations.
🔹 Administer identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, Auth0, and Active Directory.
🔹 Implement and maintain access controls, SAML/OIDC authentication, and role-based access management.
🔹 Enforce IAM and PAM policies, ensuring alignment with industry regulations (NIST, CIS, GDPR).
🔹 Support incident response and security automation initiatives.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM architecture and compliance.
🔹 Maintain documentation for IAM configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
✅ Key Requirements
✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, Auth0, and related authentication standards (SAML, OIDC).
✔️ Understanding of cloud and cybersecurity frameworks.
✔️ English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
✔️ Experience with automation or scripting (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
🌟 Nice to Have
✨ Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SecOps, or Cloud Security environments.
✨ Awareness of security compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, GDPR, SEC).
✨ Experience implementing or optimizing IAM architecture in enterprise environments.
