📍 Location: Romania (Remote)

Join a skilled cybersecurity and operations team supporting enterprise clients in a remote setup.

🔐 Open Roles:

We’re hiring three Support Engineers, each focusing on one of the following specializations:

1️⃣ Microsoft Security Products – Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, Defender for Identity, etc.

2️⃣ Network-Level Troubleshooting – Deep understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, and related protocols.

3️⃣ Escalation & Case Management – Experience handling partner oversight and supervising outsourced teams using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.

🧠 Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of Endpoint Management Tools (SCCM, Intune, MEM)
• Familiarity with SIEM, Incident Response, and Threat Hunting
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-team collaboration

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents
• Troubleshoot endpoint, network, and system-level issues
• Oversee partner support teams and maintain SLA adherence
• Drive service improvement through structured escalation management
